MSA staff members may request technology and maintenance support through the Technology and Facilities Incident Reporting System. Please have your MSANET computer username and password ready. Students who need to report a technology issue with MSA-owned equipment must contact an MSA staff member. Student dorm room maintenance issues may also be reported through this same ticketing system. Personal equipment will not be serviced. The Technology Department may provide limited help when using a personal device to access BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) services. However, the department cannot provide hands-on technical assistance to software or hardware issues.
